Refund and Returns Policy

CLOTHING RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Punk Padel. Our production team inspect each product before packaging to make sure it meets our high dispatch standards. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is valid for up to 30 days. 

Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original condition, with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please use the contact form on the website. We will then issue you with a return number. Please do not send any goods back without a return number.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember to include a note with your returned item stating ‘return number’, ‘order number’ and instructions for refund or exchange. We only allow exchanges to a different size of the same garment. 

Please note we do not cover returns postage, but we will not charge you postage to send an exchange back out to you (we do not cover postage outside of the UK). We will not accept responsibility for any return sent by you that gets lost in transit. Please use a postal service with a tracking number. 

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS/EXCHANGES TO BE PROCESSED from the date that we receive the items back.
